Scott is passionate about the Minnesota outdoors and loves to fish and fly. His favorite days are when he can take a kid flying in a single engine plane and “punch a cloud.”
David, co-founder of MainTrax, has nearly 30 years of broad-based business experience in speech analytics, direct-response marketing, campaign tracking and contact center solutions. He and his analytics team learn what challenges MainTrax clients face, analyze all factors, and develop creative and unique solutions to those issues which lead to improved client sales, profitability, agent retention and productivity.
In his spare time, Dave is an avid biker and trains service dogs to further the independence of veterans with PTSD and individuals with physical disabilities.
